In ATL We Vote
Civic Engagement Campaign | 2024
Atlanta has been on the front lines in the fight for social justice and civic engagement for decades.
Local leaders like John Lewis and Martin Luther King Jr. dedicated their lives to the fight for justice. They fought tirelessly to ensure everyone in this country has a voice. This is a constant struggle, but voting is an essential weapon that must not be relinquished.
When Atlanta votes, we have the power to shape Georgia politics, and beyond.
Campaign
To celebrate the start of early voting, host an Early Voting Kick-Off Pop-Up with free food and drinks. Use the event to launch limited edition merchandise to bring awareness and inspire Atlantans to remain civically engaged.

bmigeorgia.orgIn Their Words
"I have been beaten, my skull fractured, and arrested more than forty times so that each and every person has the right to register and vote. Do your part. Get out there and vote like you've never voted before." — John Lewis
"The vote is precious. It is almost sacred. It is the most powerful non-violent tool we have in a democracy." — John Lewis
"Voting is the foundation stone of political action." — Martin Luther King Jr.
"So long as I do not firmly and irrevocably possess the right to vote I do not possess myself. I cannot make up my mind — it is made up for me. I cannot live as a democratic citizen, observing the laws I have helped to enact — I can only submit to the edict of others." — Martin Luther King Jr.
