Trill Mealz Food Court
Rock The Bells Festival | '22 - '23
For the first time ever, hip-hop and food came together in a fully curated food court at a major music festival. Trill Mealz debuted at LL Cool J's Rock The Bells Festival at Forest Hills Stadium in Queens, New York — hip-hop's birthplace — bringing together restaurants owned by some of the genre's biggest names.
Concept
How do we integrate hip-hop culture into the festival experience beyond the stage? Legacy artists have become entrepreneurs, launching food and beverage ventures that are an integral part of culture — yet rarely get the spotlight.
Trill Mealz Food Court was designed to change that: a curated food court showcasing brands built by artists, connecting food and hip-hop in a way that had never been done at a major festival. Built in collaboration with Bun B (host and co-curator), it became a major platform for hip-hop artists in the culinary industry.
